At the 2011 Spring Rhododendron Show and Awards Banquet on April 16, 2011, JoAnn Napier was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for her work as Hospitality Chair and her insightful ideas as a member of the chapter Board of Directors.

At the 2011 Spring Rhododendron Show and Awards Banquet on April 16, 2011, Helen Baxter was presented the Bronze Medal, our highest commendation, for her leadership as chapter President by Awards Chair Rich Aaring and President Ted Hewitt.

At the chapter meeting on October 13, 2011, Joyce Reed was awarded the Bronze Medal as our highest level of commendation for her long time service to the chapter as Show Co-Chair and Show Trophy Chair. Congratulations also go to Joyce on her recent retirement.

At the chapter meeting on October 13, 2011, Rick Reed was presented the Bronze Medal, our highest level of commendation, for his long-time service to the chapter as Show Co-Chair and chapter Treasurer.

At the chapter meeting on October 13, 2011, Awards Chair Rich Aaring presented Rick and Joyce Reed the Bronze Medals as the chapter's highest level of commendation for their service to the chapter as Show Co-Chairs and her work as Show Trophy Chair and his 11-year stint as chapter Treasurer. Many thanks go to both.
